We're seeking dedicated housekeepers to maintain our luxury Airbnb properties. This role involves preparing properties for guest arrivals, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards, and maintaining the premium experience our guests expect.
$100 CAD flat fee per turnover, paid via Turno app with automatic deposits to your bank account within 15 days
Choose your own shifts between 11AM and 3PM. No requirement to work every day
Independent contractor status - no tax deductions, but you're responsible for reporting income to CRA
We have particular need for Sunday availability (11am-3pm), though not absolutely required
Must live in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
Regular access to a vehicle (required for picking up clean linens and delivering used linens)
Availability during turnover hours (11AM-3PM). No work before 11am or after 3pm
Valid government-issued ID
Clean criminal background (background check may be requested)
Turnovers take place between 11AM and 3PM and can happen any day of the year. You can choose to accept or reject turnovers based on your schedule, but there are no hours of work before 11am or after 3pm.
This role is centered on high-standard, on-site property management. All linen washing and drying must be completed on-site at the Airbnb property during the turnover process. Housekeepers are responsible for managing laundry cycles efficiently while simultaneously performing a series of highly detailed cleaning and staging tasks.
To ensure our premium standards are met, quality control is managed through a mandatory mobile application. Housekeepers are required to document their progress by taking and uploading real-time photos of completed tasks throughout the shift. This ensures every turnover meets our specific brand requirements before the next guest arrives.
